Location Scout
Location Scout
After carrying out the previous location scout, we came to the conclusion the decided room was too cluttered with equipment and their wasn't sufficient space for our necessary requirements. Consequently we scouted a new better location.
There is an adequate amount of lighting provided through the two windows which will allow our shoot to be well lit. Although there is some furniture in the room it can be easily moved and some of it will be used for our production. 
There is a large white wall, although we will need to remove small amount of blu tac on the walls, it is perfect for shooting up against. Unlike the previous location the walls aren't cluttered. 
The door is in the exact position we need for our shoot unlike the previous location.
Location scouting -
For the film, a long corridor leading to a room was all that was needed for the shoot. This was easily accessible and located within the college. The long corridor is where the first scene is going to be located. Then the room is where most of the shoot will be located.
The long corridor leads to the main location of our shoot.
Pictured below are the windows which provide most of the lighting for our shoot.
The room is filled with lots of photography equipment which will have to moved during the shoot.

Brief Synopsis
Young goon Louis is heir to the Crime Kingdom, he is invited unexpectedly to the Crimelords mansion in good faith. when he arrives the boss is busy dealing with his wife and she storms out of the room.
The boss at this point already frustrated with his wife, gives Louis a job which he unwillingly accepts. To kill the child of the detective who is shutting down his operation.
The boss then instructs his right hand man to keep an eye on Louis as he is the heir to him and
to make sure he carries out this task to show he has the metal to be a kingpin. it cuts to a dark hospital room with Louis pointing a gun at the sleeping mother and her child. Your hear the gun the silenced gun shot and a spar of feathers as he has shot the pillow instead of the child.
This was the idea for my preliminary task but it was not used. I liked the idea a lot and so I decided to reuse it and it was chosen for our final idea.
